Questo è super facile e divertente. Sapevate che potete fare il gelato a casa con un paio di buste per congelare?
Tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno:
2 buste per congelare ( Ziploc Bag) , una misura XL e una regolare.
Cubetti di ghiaccio
Sale grosso
Estratto di Vaniglia
Riempite la busta più piccola con 250 gr di latte, 1 cucchiaio raso di estratto di vaniglia, 2 cucchiai rasi di zucchero.
Sigillate la busta con la zip.
Riempite metà della busta più grande con i cubetti di ghiaccio, e 4 cucchiai di sale grosso.
Posizionate la busta piccola contenente il latte dentro quella grande. Sigillate bene la zip.
Ora non vi resta che agitare la vostra busta per 5-7 minuti a seconda della consistenza desiderata.
Scuotete come se stesse facendo un cocktail.
Consiglio: Usate dei guanti o avvolgete la busta in un asciugamano.
Rimuovete poi la busta più piccola e avrete pronto il vostro gelato cremoso sapor vaniglia.
Servitelo in una ciotola con o senza dolci decorazioni sopra.

Ice Cream? Yes, please!
This is super easy and fun. Did you know you can make ice cream at home with a couple of Ziploc bags?
All you need is :
2 Ziploc bags, One Gallon size and One regular
Rock salt
Vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Fill the smaller Ziploc bag with 250 gr of milk , 1 table spoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoon of sugar.
Seal bag !
Fill half of the bigger Ziploc Bag with ice cubes, add rock salt ( 4 tablespoon ).
Place the bag with milk inside the bag with ice and salt. Seal well and shake it.
Shake - shake - shake it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Tip: Wear some gloves or use a towel !
Remove the small bag and you will see your ice cream is ready, creamy and vanilla flavoured.
Serve your ice cream in a cup with or without topping.
